Design
Classic Styles, Modern Comforts
Park View will overlook the Columbus Soccer Complex. The development is bounded on the west and east by Third Street North and Fifth Street North and by Third Avenue North and Seventh Avenue North on the south and north.
The design, style, and function of Park View will both expand and improve the existing infrastructure of the area, while also complementing the existing landscape as much as possible.
Time-Honored Designs.
Property designs for Park View are being designed by Mike Thompson of Thompson Placemaking. His work in New Urbanism, planned communities, and home design can be found throughout Mississippi and the southeast. Home and commercial designs will blend in and integrate with surrounding neighborhoods.
Experienced Engineering.
Neal-Schaffer will be overseeing and completing the engineering for the Transportation, Water, Civil, as well as Environmental Services. They are the contractual engineering firm for the city of Columbus, have extensive experience in engineering for planned communities, and successfully completed all the engineering for the soccer complex and park, which gives its name to Park View.
Unique Site Planning.
Conceptual site design and planning for Park View is being done by Jim Mansfield. Site designs and home layouts will allow for residents to have private green spaces, off street parking, as well as integration with the existing site.
